1. Information Collected.

We collect non-personally identifiable information about you in a number of ways, including tracking your activities through your IP address, computer settings or most-recently visited URL. 2. No Information From Children Under Age 13.

4. Use of Tokens/Tack Boards.

One of the primary reasons people use Vizme is to share content with others via Tokens and Tack Boards. Examples include when you post a photo, video or share a link. Any content posted on a Token’s Tack Board can be adopted by other users that adopt such a Token. You cannot globally delete content from a shared Token’s Tack Board once it has been adopted by another user. If you do not want certain content to be associated with content you share on a Token’s Tack Board, please do not upload the content.

5. Sharing and Disclosing Information.

There are certain circumstances in which we may share information you provide to us with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

a. Business Transfers: Information, including personally identifiable information, collected through our Website or Application is considered a trade secret of Vizme. As the owner of such information, we may disclose or sell such information as an asset of the company in conjunction with the sale to a third party of our company or a portion of our assets.
